Hello Dear Friends,

I am so delighted and encouraged for how much deep and powerful change has taken place for so many of us since last year, even last week!  We are doing this, can you feel it?  We aren’t the same people we were last year.

We feel love more deeply, for self and for others.  We know inner peace more readily.  We access wisdom and divine timing almost routinely.  We forgive ourselves and others more gracefully.  We offer healing in our own unique ways almost sub-consciously.  We thrive with less effort than it used to require.  We trust.  We honor.  We animate love.  We offer service to others, as our soul signatures naturally guide us.

I celebrate this, for me and for all of us having this increasingly Divine experience.  Celebrating it is a form of appreciation and gratitude of All that Is.

Being Consciously Aware of this Upliftment process is so special.  Being able to experience this entire shift from within the physical bodysuit feels like the winning lottery ticket.

I know it doesn’t always feel graceful or flowing.  I know it also remains difficult to witness loved ones and others struggle in their states of being out of alignment.  And yet I also know we are eternally supported in our upliftment process and that honoring the Free will of all is an integral part of this Ascension cycle.

I honor you and all the adjustments and re-alignments you’ve made in your journey.  I know it feels like it never ends and we can get tired.  But, dear ones, that is because with this Ascension cycle we placed no limits on what we can Be.  And we tend to always sense there is more, so we keep guiding ourselves towards an even more expanded level of consciousness and love within.

Honor you and your unique process.  Listen to your body and what it requests whether it is more rest, more water, more nature, more energetic activations, more consciousness raising interactions, less 3D stimulation, less clutter in our physical spaces, etc.  Trust yourself and what best suits you.

We are designing the Divine Human by creating it and being it.  Human evolution in action; that is who we are.

This is why a supportive community that is also choosing Thriving and regular 5D+ living is so important and special.  I will continue to offer what I can and as I am led, recognizing we all play a valuable role in this process including you, me and everyone here on Earth.
